**FREE ADMISSION - REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED**
Geared towards the African American community, but open to everyone, Victory Over Diabetes, is a full-day program for people with diabetes and anyone interested in changing the future of diabetes for themselves and their loved ones. Victory Over Diabetes is for YOU! Victory Over Diabetes includes:
A pneumonia shot is recommended for anyone aged 2 or older who has a chronic health problem (such as diabetes) or age. A pneumonia shot can also protect you from other infections caused by the same bacteria.
