Late Breaking Abstract Submission Site Now Open!

76 abstract adThe Scientific Sessions Planning Committee invites you to submit your research to the Late Breaking Abstract program. The Late Breaking Abstract program allows for later submissions of newly completed research and clinical trials. Abstracts must describe noteworthy and timely research advances that have not been previously published or presented.

Visit our Abstract site for information on how to submit your Late Breaking Abstract.

Late Breaking Abstract submissions will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. EDT on Monday, March 14.

Early Bird Registration Deadline Quickly Approaching

Make sure to register by Thursday, February 25 to take advantage of the Early Bird rate. Visit our website and click on the Registration and Hotel Information tabs to register for the meeting and make your hotel reservation. Hotel room rates range from $129-$385 per night. Access the hotel locator map containing a list of meeting hotels with specially negotiated rates. Hotel reservations are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Reserve your room early for the best selection.

Please Note: Only those attendees who reserve rooms through the Association’s official housing company will have complimentary access to the Scientific Sessions shuttle bus service.

Poster Presentations

Explore over 2,300 original posters displayed in the Poster Hall on Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Poster Presenters will be at their poster boards for two hours on an assigned day to discuss their research with attendees.

New this year! The Poster Hall will stay open three hours later on Monday (June 13), allowing for extra time to view posters.

Diabetes Is Primary will highlight the key guidelines that are most useful in day-to-day primary patient care practice.
