Call for Abstracts

Call for AbstractsThe Scientific Sessions Meeting Planning Committee encourages abstract submissions that are innovative, challenge current treatment paradigms, and represent the latest advances in basic, clinical, and translational science. This is your opportunity to shape the scientific program and help ensure that the most relevant spectrum of topics is presented at the meeting.

Abstracts will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. ET on Monday, January 7, 2019.

Visit scientificsessions.diabetes.org to view the Abstract Submission Guidelines and submit your research today!

Scientific Sessions Disclosure System

This time-saving system eliminates the process of re-entering contact information and disclosures for authors listed on more than one abstract. Abstract authors are responsible for entering their contact information and disclosures into the Disclosure System at https://www.call4abstracts.com/diabetes/ once per Scientific Sessions year.

Authors who participated in the 2018 Scientific Sessions as an abstract author, abstract reviewer, or invited speaker will have an existing account. Those authors must log into the Disclosure System and review, update, and finalize their contact and disclosure information for the 2019 Scientific Sessions. The information should be updated in the Disclosure System BEFORE their name is added to an abstract submission to ensure their current contact information is used.

Authors who do not have an account in the Disclosure System must create an account and complete the steps to finalize their disclosure record. The abstract submission site will not allow an author to be added to an abstract submission without a disclosure record on file.

Don’t wait until the last minute! Those who plan to be a co-author on an abstract submission should complete the disclosure process now to expedite the abstract submission process.

Visit scientificsessions.diabetes.org for step-by-step disclosure entry instructions.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Abstract submitters must finalize their disclosure record first in order to gain access to the abstract submission site.
