CHC

What is Community Health Charities? Community Health Charities Minnesota (CHCM) is an affiliate of Community Health Charities of America, the leading workplace giving organization in the country dedicated to improving lives affected by chronic illness.  In Minnesota over 30 member chronic disease charities, including the American Diabetes Association receive funding from CHCM’s workplace giving campaign.  In the past, the United Way campaigns often included the American Diabetes Association and other chronic disease associations.  That is no longer the case.  If you have a giving program at your workplace, ask if they can include Community Health Charities Minnesota.  Designate the American Diabetes Association through your workplace-giving program.  Contact Susan Klimek for more details at sklimek@diabetes.org.
