New this Year! Online Disclosure Collection System

To simplify the disclosure collection process, ADA has implemented a new Online Disclosure System for the Scientific Sessions. With this new, time-saving system, participants will now enter their disclosure once per year. This eliminates the process of re-entering disclosures for authors listed on more than one abstract or if participating in another activity during the meeting (i.e., abstract reviewers, abstract authors, invited speakers, etc.).

What is different for abstract submission? It is now the abstract authors’ responsibility to enter their own disclosures into the Disclosure System instead of the submitter entering them through the abstract submission site. The abstract submission site will not allow an author to be added to an abstract submission without a disclosure record on file.

Don’t wait until the last minute! The Online Disclosure System is open now. Those who plan to be a co-author on a submission should create and finalize their disclosure early to expedite the online abstract submission process.

View step-by-step disclosure entry instructions.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Abstract submitters must first enter and finalize their disclosure record in order to gain access to the abstract submission site.
