I ride...

I don't ride cause it's fun and its an awesome experience although both of those facts are true...

I ride. I don't ride cause its fun and its an awsome experience although both of those facts are true. I ride Tour De Cure in hope that one day there will be a cure for this deadly disease. I want to be apart of helping this dream of others who are sick with it to have a chance that they will get better one day. No more needles and testing and instead living a normal life. With the help of ADA we're that much closer to finding a cure and to providing those with diabetes a better understanding of how to manage it. I myself do not have it, and am lucky to just be supporting those with it. But I do know many with it and I see them struggle with how to deal with it. I can only hope that with the help of Tour De Cure riders and many others that we will be the next step into researching that one area that will find us the cure towards diabetes. I did this ride last year and I had the best time. It was the feeling of helping somone and enjoying and loving what I was doing at the same time. I raised 268.00 last year and this year my goal is 500.00 I will accomplish my goal, and I will do all I can do to go even higher then that. This year my school is going to be taking a big part into sponsoring me and is going to set up a fund that people can donate to me. Im really excited. Well, I hope you enjoy the ride and see you all on the 12th of June.
