Millennium Chemicals, a Lyondell Company, has been participating in the Maryland Tour de Cure for the last 4 years. Our team was inspired by the mother of the team's founder Donna Gartner, who is a type 2 diabetic. While Donna herself doesn't ride she is the woman behind the curtain, the organizer and cheerleader who makes our team happen. Donna and her mom are always manning a Rest Stop and providing plenty of moral support. Through the hard work of Donna and all of the devoted cyclists on the Rutile Riders Team we have consistently been in the top three fundraising teams for the last several years.Steve Albrecht, Rutile Riders |
