Love For Dante  Love For Dante My son Dante was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes on July 8, 2005. My son Dante was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes on July 8, 2005. He is 15 years old. We were on our family vacation in Orlando the week before and I knew he wasn't feeling his normal self. He is doing fine and has learned to give himself his insulin shots. But he knows there is more that has to be done and it will be hard for him at times. Dante has the support of his family and friends and we will continue to love and cherish him. He likes to play football, basketball and baseball. I'm walking for Dante and the others who suffer with this disease and hopefully there will be a cure one day. |
