A Gift for Dad No wacky ties for me! Instead of a wacky tie, my wife and kids allow me to participate in the Tour de Cure bike ride. Getting married and starting a family had all but eliminated my riding. There was no time to "waste" on a 3-4 hour bike ride. Every Father's Day my family gives me my gift of letting me bike in the Tour de Cure ride.Last year my Dad was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, so the gift my family gives me every year has become even more special. |
