FATHER OF THE YEAR AWARDS CEREMONY:

Since 1999, The American Diabetes Association has partnered with the National Father's Day Council to host the Father of the Year Awards dinner. Each year we recognize numerous men from across the nation for the outstanding strength, commitment and love they exhibit as fathers. These men have not only attained success in their chosen field or endeavor, but carved out time to teach and mature their children while also becoming good citizens and proud members of the community. Diabetes affects nearly 26 million children and adults nationwide. More than $25 million has been raised to date from Father of the Year Events and will help the American Diabetes Association fund essential advocacy, education and research initiatives.

The Nashville celebration of fatherhood and family to benefit the American Diabetes Association continues in 2013 as we honor another group of outstanding men. Join us for this special evening that has become a Middle Tennessee tradition. Enjoy a reception with live music, dinner and an awards presentation that you will remember forever.
