Health & Wellness Fair!  Saturday, September 26

What You Can Expect: A fun environment to live a healthy and happy lifestyle for the entire family.  Learn how to reduce the risk of a chronic illness for you and your kids. 

• Breakout Sessions - On nutrition (a guide to healthy eating for the family), fitness (Zumba, yoga and family fitness) and diabetes (prevention, technology and management)
• Free Health Checks - Take advantage of dental and vision screenings.  Get your feet, glucose, body mass index and blood pressure checked plus more!
• Healthy Eating - Cooking demonstration and tasting
• Kids' Activities - Bounce house, face painting, obstacle courses and more!
• Giveaways - Attend to enter to win 1 of 3 Health and Wellness Baskets!  Reusable shopping bags will be given to the first 100 participants

Registration Opens at:  8:30 a.m.
Health Checks and Exhibitors open from:  9 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
