As the landscape surrounding COVID-19 (Coronavirus) has shifted in recent days, our small team has been faced with an influx of discrimination cases involving reasonable accommodations at work.  People with diabetes are at increased risk for developing serious illness from COVID-19, which raises several concerns regarding the rights and accommodations they’re entitled to. People with diabetes are especially vulnerable and concerned during this pandemic, and we need your help to make sure they get the help they need.

To continue provide the highest level of service to as many constituents as possible, we are seeking support from our network of expert attorneys.  We are looking for attorneys to sign up to receive referrals to provide a FREE CONSULTATION to one of our constituents with questions or concerns about COVID-19 in your state. In most cases, the intakes we are receiving are relatively straightforward; most people simply require assistance in making a request for reasonable accommodation.  

Due to the high volume of cases we are not able to perform our usual high-quality screening prior to making a referral. However, as always, we do not expect any attorney to take on a representation that does not meet their criteria. Once we receive a case in your area you will receive an email from our team with case referral, information, and resources.
