Step Out to make a difference. Register today to join us Saturday, October 12th at the Stop Diabetes Red Zone in Phoenix for a fun-filled day in support of our mission. The Phoenix Step Out includes live entertainment, refreshments, health and fitness information, activities for the kids, and special recognition of our Red Striders, Champions, and top teams.

ROCK the WALK

The theme this year is for the Phoenix Step Out is ROCK the WALK, which means we are stepping out Rock N Roll Style with a 50's style twist! Like us on Facebook and watch your email for fun, Rock N Roll themed contests and incentives.
