Welcome to Step Out in Baltimore

THE DATE OF STEP OUT BALTIMORE HAS CHANGED FROM OCTOBER 4th to OCTOBER 18th. We Step Out to do our part to Stop Diabetes and take steps to improve our health! Participants are changing the future and making a positive impact in the lives of those who are affected by diabetes. You can too!

Once you register, you'll be given your very own web page and will have access to lots of tools to help you fundraise your Step Out Center. You'll be able to customize the page with your reason for walking, send emails to ask others to join you or donate, and even download Facebook and smart phone apps. And of course, your Step Out Specialists (ADA staff) will be here to help all along the way!

Step Out Baltimore Day of Event

Step Out Baltimore will take place on Sunday, October 18th at Canton Waterfront Park in Baltimore, MD.  Registration will open at 7:30am and the walk will begin at 9:00am.  Please join us for breathtaking harbor views and a walk along the promenade.  Be sure to check out our Stop Diabetes Pavilion, where you will find diabetes informational materials and healthy living resources from our community partners.  Hungry?  Lunch will be served after the walk!  Bring the whole family for fun children's activities such as face painting and pumpkin painting.  There will even be bounce houses!  We will have a fabulous dance warm-up.  We can't wait to get moving with you and STOP DIABETES.
