Welcome to American Diabetes Association Day at the Fair, presented by Coordinated Care
Thank you for your
incredible support of American Diabetes Association Day at the Fair, presented by Coordinated Care!
We hope you had a great day
celebrating those who live with diabetes and honoring those we have lost. Over
200 walkers, just like you, joined the effort and together have
raised over $100,000 to support diabetes research, education, and
advocacy programs. Again, thank
you for walker to Stop Diabetes and for your support - you are
all our heroes!.
2016 Thank You Gifts:
Participants who raise $250 or more earn thank you gifts such as Step Out
commemorative wear or a wide choice of other items. Gift certificates with
individualized redemption claim codes are distributed to participants 5 to
6 weeks following the event. We will be finalizing the fundraising totals
on September 30 so there is still time to round up donations
from your friends and family who have pledged their support (but not yet donated
to you) and possibly move into a higher thank you gift level. Check
out the Thank You Gift Levels!
Post Event Check or Cash Donations:
Please send check or cash donations to our local office and include
a note with your name or an address sticker on your envelope and we will
be sure to credit your fundraising gift.
