Help our team make a difference!
All Outs is for EVERYONE and ANYONE who is willing to help the American Diabetes Association provide community-based education programs, protect the rights of people with diabetes and fund critical research for a cure.
The team is named for our co-founders, Rick Vanglish and Heather Nagy who have been going all out to support the A.D.A. programs for years and this year are committed to participating in all the Step Out Walks across the country (and all the Tours de Cure, as well). That much dedication is not, by any means, required of team members; all participants are welcomed. But, because of those individual efforts, our members are part of a nationwide network of people.
Join All Outs and you become part of a community of people from all different areas and walks of life. It will enhance your Step Out experience in many ways; including meeting people and making new friends -- many nice, interesting folks. This "networking" is invaluable and has helped me in many ways; such as understanding diabetes and achieving (and now raising) my personal goals.
Why team up? Because the power we have as a group far outweighs what any of us could do alone. We want to inspire. We want to empower. We want a cure! We team up to change the future and make a positive impact in the lives of those who are affected by diabetes.
Please join our team for the Step Out Walk and help us make a difference. If you can't join our team, please support us with a donation!
Thank you,
Rick, Team Co-Captain
