Event Highlights 
The New England Classic 150 & 500+ Tour de Cure offers you a choice of a memorable weekend, or an entire week of a cycling adventure filled with fun in the picturesque and historical settings of New England's scenic seacoasts and bold mountain ranges. You will enjoy indoor accommodations, full breakfasts and dinners, and much more as you strive towards completing your personal adventure. Think of it as a Biking Holiday on a mission!
Covering Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine, and Vermont our routes feature full service rest stops, Support-and-Gear (SAG) and sweep vehicles, bike mechanics,and anything you might need along the way. When you start each day, you know that you have all the support you'll need. After you cross the finish line each day, you will enjoy a full dinner and varied evening activities such as nightly raffles, Tour de France viewings, and more. Perhaps you'll choose to unwind with a massage (when available), enjoy a dip in the pool, or just explore our other amenities and local haunts. A Quick Overview of the Route
 Due to the extensive miles we cover, you can understand why our
routes are constantly being checked for safety, construction dates, detours,
etc. You can view our 2012 route which will be similar to the 2013
route, however, rest stops must be confirmed, bridge construction
cleared, road paving complete, etc before we publish our official route
for 2013.

Once registered, you'll have access to our cyling training tips, and person-to-person contact with veteran riders.

Champions To Stop Diabetes
When you ride in Tour de Cure, you take part in something unique. You join the ranks of some of the most passionate people in the country people who care about cycling, health and, above all, finding a cure for diabetes.
If you raise $2,000+ as a 2 Day Rider or $5,000+ as a 7 day rider for the NEC Tour de Cure you will automatically become a Champion to Stop Diabetes and will receive special recognition weekend of the event, along with special perks all year long! Plus, if you raise $2,600 in honor of the 26 million people livin with diabetes you will get this additional jersey for your outstanding dedication to our cause.

Do you or someone you know have diabetes?
Thousands of people with diabetes participate in Tour as "Red Riders". Red Riders are the reason we ride—they are given a jersey to proudly wear on the day of the event. Beyond the recognition, Red Riders are part of a community that inspires us to ride and raise money to Stop Diabetes. Be sure to choose "Red Rider" when you register!
In order to be guaranteed a Red Rider Jersey at the Tour, you must be registered by Wednesday, May 1st.

Thank You Gifts - Jerseys/Tshirts Only
For NEC 150 riders, your registration fee includes full route support at the NEC Tour de Cure event including one overnight hotel stay, one breakfast, two dinners, and transportation back to start line. The NEC 500+ registration fee covers a full week of hotels accommodations, daily meals (minus lunches), fully-stocked rest stops, SAG support, medical support, bicycle mechanics, and more. All cyclists must meet the fundraising minimum ($800 for 150 riders or $2,600 for 500+ riders) in addition to the registration fee to participate. Everyone will receive a commemorative Tour de Cure T-shirt and cycling jersey on the day of the event. These are offered in lieu of Thank You gifts due to the expense of hotels and meals for the weekend/full week. Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable and do not count towards the fundraising minimum. Need a sizing chart? Click HERE!

Team Red

Team Red is for Red Riders (participants with type 1 or type 2 diabetes), their family, friends and anyone else who is looking to join with millions of others who want to Stop Diabetes! Any rider who isn't already on another team can join Team Red.
Being on Team Red means that you will instantly be a part of a community made up of people from all different areas and walks of life. Team Red is a great way to connect with other families supporting a Red Rider and other families that are honoring a loved one with diabetes.
If I don't have diabetes, can I join Team Red? YES! You can join Team Red, which is made up of Red Riders AND those who support Red Riders. This is a team for anyone who doesn't already have a team.
