Help Make a Difference!

Pedal power works!

Each mile I ride, each dollar I raise will be used in the fight to prevent and cure diabetes and to improve the lives of all people affected by diabetes.

No matter how small or large, your generous gift will help improve the lives of the more than 18 million Americans who suffer from diabetes, in the hope that future generations can live in a world without this disease. Together, we can all make a difference!

Thank you for making a generous contribution to this cause that is so important to me!

Biking for Andrew

Hi! My Name is Eric Wicklund, and I'm the team leader for Andrew's Army, a group of bicyclists and friends from Southern Maine (and beyond) who are raising money and awareness for diabetes-related issues. Andrew's Army is named after my son, who was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes when he was 5 years old. In the many years that we've ridden as a group, Andrew's Army has raised more than $100,000. We've also grown in numbers (we comprised 40 riders last year and raised more than $10,000) and include other adults and children who are diabetic. And while I'm doing this for the little boy whose struggle is in my thoughts every day, I know that whatever we as a team can do will affect the lives of many.
