I will be cycling in the American Diabetes Association's Tour de Cure fund-raising event on May 19, 2013. This will be my 28th year of riding to support ADA. As a parent of a child with Type 1 diabetes, I am committed to helping the American Diabetes Association in its efforts to improve the lives of all diabetics. And as a family physician, I am anxious to do whatever I can to reduce the enormous toll that diabetes exacts every year.
