Support Me in Tour de Cure! Dear Friends and Family, How do I love thee? Let me count the ways... A very eloquent start to another year on the bicyle. This year I am already ahead of all of last years goals, and my seat is getting used to being in the saddle. I've lost 18lbs and working my hardest to not be a Red Rider by June 8, 2013. My daughter and I went to an ADA Expo recently and I learned that Type II Diabetes is reverseable with the right diet, exercise and family /community support. That is why I ride, to get the information and help out there so instead of a rise in Diabetics, we'll see a rise in healthy eating and lifestyles, and an eventual cure for all Types of Diabetes. Please if you can help, it would be wonderful, and if you can ride it would be splendid. Some of you promised last year you would come next time... Next time is June 8, 2013! Ro, Dave, Andrew, Wayne, Brian (Excelllent Support Person) and I look forward to spending some time on the road with you. Come out for a great time and enjoy. Thanks again for your support in the past, and if you haven?t already, it?s not too late to make a donation, either online or a check made out to the American Diabetes Association. Please support me with a donation by selecting the "Sponsor Me" button. Our efforts will help set the pace in the fight against diabetes. So let's get in gear and ride to Stop Diabetes! Help Make a Difference in the fight against diabetes! Each mile I ride, and the funds I raise will be used in the fight to prevent and cure diabetes and to improve the lives of all people affected by diabetes. No matter how small or large, your generous gift will help improve the lives of nearly 24 million Americans who suffer from diabetes, in the hope that future generations can live in a world without this disease. Together, we can all make a difference! Thank you for making a generous contribution to this cause that is so important to me! May your hills all be long and down and may the wind be at your back! Peace Always, Paul
