As you know, I was diagnosed with diabetes in 2008. It can be a terrible disease. With the help of the ADA and Troy Beaumont, I have been able to get and keep the disease under control. At my current rate, I will be able to avoid the devistating complications.

I decided to ride in the Tour de Cure for my health benefit and to collect donations for this important event. I am a Red Rider - those riding that have diabetes.

Each mile I ride, and the funds I raise will be used in the fight to prevent and cure diabetes and to improve the lives of all people affected by diabetes (including me).

No matter how small or large, your generous gift will help improve the lives of millions of Americans who suffer from diabetes, in the hope that future generations can live in a world without this disease. Together, we can all make a difference!

The ADA does a lot to help diabetics as well as fund research to find a cure.  Please help!
