Once again, I will be cycling in the American Diabetes Association's Tour de Cure fund-raising event. This is Year 9 for me. I'm looking forward to getting on my bike again and riding for such a wonderful cause. I'm happy to say that my son Ben will be joining me this year! I hope we can make a difference in some small way.  And diabetes is one of the only diseases that can be controlled by diet and exercise!
