I have a friend that just moved to Birmingham AL and he is fighting Diabetes. Fighting is a good word but he has waged full scale thermonuclear war on it. And he is winning. I get the chance to ride with him Michael Rosen and his team Team Phoenix. In Alabama the Beautiful.

This time it is totally different. Last time I was really afraid I wouldn't be able the finish the 17 mile ride I selected.I finished just fine. So I am entered in the 105 mile ride. For one day any suffering I actually endure will be nothing like what too many people have to live with every day due to Diabetes.

Please help me raise money for this cause. It isn't a per mile comittment (or I might ride 200 miles!) it is a one time donation. Any amount of money will be greatly appreciated seriously a few dollars is a big deal! I know I seem to be asking alot lately in donations to charities to whom much is given much is expected we have the means to make a difference if we have the courage to just try
