Support Me in Tour de Cure!

Family and Friends, I am participating in the American Diabetes Association's Annual Tour de Cure event this year in Mandeville, LA.  I am asking you to join me in the effort to Stop Diabetes by making a contribution to support my ride.

As many of you are aware, I have lived with Type I Diabetes for 20 years and my "life support" is my insulin pump. As such, I will be "Riding on Insulin"! I last participated in this event in 2006, Post Katrina, and was able to realize a tremendous, personal accomplishment of completing 68 miles in the hills of St. Francisville, while raising precious dollars for the Cure. I am currently in training and this year hope to log at least 25-50 miles in Mandeville, Louisiana.

I would really appreciate your support as I continue to fight for a cure, for this life altering disease. 

The dollars we raise for the American Diabetes Association fund research, provide services, and give voice to those denied their rights because of diabetes. I believe in the work they do, and I invite you to join me in this effort. More than 25 million Americans live with diabetes, and your support can and will make a difference in their lives.
