Please Support The American Diabetes Association 2013 Tour de Cure!
Hello Everyone,
Once again, I have accepted the challenge of cycling in the American Diabetes Association's 2013 Tour de Cure Bicycle Ride. This fund-raising event, will be my 7th year, and is set for Saturday, April 20 2013, at the Tammany Trace Trailhead in Mandeville, La. This year I have signed up to ride 62 Miles.
Please support me with a donation by selecting the "Donate to Irving" button above. Our efforts will help set the pace in the fight against diabetes. So let's get in gear and bike to beat diabetes!
By doing so, you will help me and millions of others raise money for the American Diabetes Association for the Fight for a Cure of Diabetes.
I also encourage you to Please Forward this to anyone you think might be interested in donating to the 2013 Tour de Cure!!! Your donations (large or small) are Greatly Appreciated!!Think of your Donations as helping your Family or Friends. We all have someone in our Families or know someone suffering with Diabetes.
Thanks for your help!!

Why I do it!!
As some of you know, our Mother, Cecile T. Coupel (1926 - 2006) fought a long battle with Diabetes. She was my inspiration to join the Fight for a Cure, and ways to Prevent Diabetes. I have been a participant in the LSU Pennington Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP) and now, Diabetes Prevention Program Outcomes Study (DPPOS) for 15 years. It has proven that with a Change in Lifestyle and Learning to eat proper portions, we can prevent Diabetes.
Help Make a Difference!
Pedal power works!
Each mile I ride, each dollar I raise will be used in the fight to prevent and cure diabetes and to improve the lives of all people affected by diabetes.
Your generous gift will help improve the lives of more than 20 million Americans who suffer from diabetes, in the hope that future generations can live in a world without this disease. Together, we can all make a difference!
I have set my goal at trying to ride at least 100 miles a month.
Thanks Again,
Coupe
