Once again I have commited to riding in The Music City Tour de Cure because to me the American Diabetes Association's Tour de Cure is so much more than a cycling event, it is my opportunity to change the future and make a positive impact in the lives of those who are affected by diabetes.

This year I plan on riding in the 100 mile Music City Tour de Cure on May 18th in Franklin, Tn.  I will be joining thousands of fellow riders from across the country raising money to further the mission of the American Diabetes Association: to prevent and cure diabetes and to improve the lives of all those affected by diabetes.

I am committed to riding and raising money in this inspirational event not because 26 million people in the United States have diabetes, but because I personally know some of them, and I want to do something about it. Won?t you help me start a chain reaction?

Chances are, you know someone who has been affected by diabetes so you already know how important it is to stop this disease, I do because my father had and two of my uncles are living with type 2 diabetes,.

I am asking for your help.
