Greetings from Northern Virginia, Friends & Family!  Once again, the cycling season begins for us here in the Old Dominion state and each new season brings the annual Tour De Cure chartity ride for the American Diabetes Association; the 2013 edition of the TDC held in Suffolk, Virgina, is scheduled for April 20thl--I'm so grateful and excited to begin preparations for this event, my 9th consecutive TDC event since moving to the Northern Virginia area and and my 13th overall!
