I'm swithcing again from Running to Cycling

I've run many miles for as a member TEAM DIABETES and know that it can make a difference for those affected by diabetes. I'm now doing cycling and would like your support. I have progressed to the "Metric Centery" (62.5 miles) this year. Just as every footstep taken with TEAM DIABETES helps towards the ADA mission ?to prevent and cure diabetes and improve the lives of all people affected by diabetes?, I know every stroke of the pedals also supports that mission.

Diabetes is one of the fastest growing epidemics in American and I want to help "bring it to it's knees". With my wife and family members in both of our families having diabetes, I've seen first hand how it can change the life they lead and I want to do what I can to beat this terrible disease. I know I'm not an experienced cyclist and will expend a lot more energy than I should completing this ride, but my effort is nothing compared to the difficulty that the 23.6 million Americans suffering with diabetes face every day just trying to lead a "normal" life. I want to support the American Diabetes Association in their efforts to improve the lives of all people with diabetes.
