I will be cycling in the American Diabetes Association's Tour de Cure fund-raising event being held May 18 , 2013, in Rochester MN. I am riding for myself as a an individual with pre-diabetes. I will be riding for my mom and dad as well as other family members with Type II diabetes. Lastly, I am riding to show my support for all of the other people in my life who have or are otherwise affected by the disease of diabetes. I am an advocate for education, prevention and treatment.
