My brother, Harry, had Type I diabetes since he was a teenager. He succumbed to the effects of the disease on his body at the age of 46. His first quadruple heart bypass was at 31. He lost his right leg just above the knee, and spent several years on dialysis. My younger son also has Type I diabetes.
It's time to say "ENOUGH", and take diabetes on head to head. Help me make sure millions of diabetics don't fight this fight alone.
