Let's work together to STOP DIABETES!
I will be cycling in the American Diabetes Association's Tour de Cure fund-raising event again this year. This is my eleventh year to ride in this event. I plan to ride the 100 K route to help raise money to stop diabetes.
Please support me with a donation by selecting the "Click Here to
Sponsor Me" button. Also, be sure to check out the "Something New" note at the bottom of the page.
Together, our efforts will help set the pace in the fight against diabetes. This is YOUR chance to make a difference. So let's get in gear and bike to beat diabetes!
Help Make a Difference!
Pedal power works!
To me, this fundraiser is personal. I have Type 2 Diabetic, and the money raised here can directly affect me as well as my family's future. Each mile I ride, each dollar I raise will be used in the fight to prevent and cure diabetes and to improve the lives of all people affected by diabetes.
No matter how small or large, your generous gift will help improve the lives of the nearly 27 million other Americans who suffer from diabetes, in the hope that future generations can live in a world without this disease. Together, we can all make a difference!
Thank you for making a generous contribution to this cause that is so important to me!
SOMETHING NEW (Again) THIS YEAR!
In addition to your recognition on my web site, for every donation of $1,000 or more, you or your company will be recognized on a mile marker to be placed along the Tour De Cure route.
In addition to the above, for every donation of $2,500 or more, I will place a business card sized logo of your company, or your name ON MY BICYCLE for a year. You can imagine, your name or logo on my bike, just like NASCAR!?
To pay by credit card, simply click on the "Sponsor Me" button above. To pay by check, be sure to make all checks payable to: American Diabetes Association and mail to me at: David Sloan, 4229 High Springs Dr., San Antonio, TX 78261-2111
