We’re celebrating the 25th Anniversary of the Tour de Cure and we want you to be a part of this incredible day. The Pittsburgh Tour will take you on a journey through the rolling hills of Western PA.  Routes ride along winding rivers, through pastoral settings, and down into McConnell’s Mill State Park.  All routes bring you back to a warm and friendly finish line celebration at Seneca Valley High School.  There you will be treated to a variety of lunch choices, music, activities, and excitement, knowing you just pedaled your way to Stopping Diabetes!

Since 1991, Tour de Cure riders have raised over $250,000,000 to help advance our mission and move us closer towards the ultimate goal to Stop Diabetes! The Tour de Cure is more than just a cycling event it’s a day packed with excitement and energy where riders of all levels join forces in the fight to Stop Diabetes® and raise critical funds for diabetes research, education and advocacy in support of the American Diabetes Association.

New This Year: Gran Fondo!

The 2016 Pittsburgh Tour de Cure Gran Fondo is the first of its kind in the Pittsburgh area!  Riders will compete through 3 timed portions of our 100 mile century ride.  Timed sections range from 1.6 to 6.3 miles in length, with 65 feet to 376 feet of climbing, and a total elevation gain of 6,182 feet.  Learn More on our route descriptions page!
