We know you may have a few post-event questions. Please see if your questions are answered below.
Where can I mail additional donations that I have received?
You can mail additional donations to the local American Diabetes Association office at:
American Diabetes Association
attn: Princeton Tour de Cure + Step Out Walk
575 Route 28, Bldg 2 #2107
Raritan, NJ 08869
Be sure to include a note stating who the donations are for so we know who to credit.
I sent in offline donations (checks, cash, matching gift forms) to the office but they haven’t posted to my name online yet. Why?
All offline donations (checks, cash and matching gifts) that are mailed or turned in to the local Association office will not appear automatically on your web page. To see them reflected in your online total, you will need to enter them manually. You can add offline donations to your page by:
I didn't pick up my recognition gift or you were out of my size. How can I get the correct item(s) I earned?
Please email Michael Franken at firstname.lastname@example.org with the item you were supposed to receive along with the size, and we will order the item for you.
