Welcome to 2018 Tour de Cure: CNY

Thank You!

Thank you so much for your tremendous support of the CNY Tour de Cure!  Your passion, commitment and energy made the day a huge success. We couldn't have done it without you!

More than 415 riders, walkers and runners, plus volunteers, sponsors and spectators came together to raise $150,000 (and counting!) to fund critical research, advocacy efforts, programs and education to support all children and adults living with diabetes.

The event may be over, but we are still charging forward.  Here are some important updates and reminders:

Post-Event Fundraising: Your Participant Center will remain open for online fundraising, and cash/check donations can be sent to our local office at the address below.  Please include a note with your name so we can credit the gift to you.

Recognition Gift Deadline: You have through Sunday, August 26 to continue fundraising for a Tour jersey, wind vest, hoodie or other Recognition Gift.

Matching Gifts:  Take a minute to check our matching gift search and see if you or any of your donors work for a company that matches gifts. Some will even match what you collect as a participant.  No results?  Check with the HR or Benefits department to see if there's a matching program.

Event Photos and Videos:  Photos will be posted on Facebook as we get them so keep checking back.  Special thanks to our amazing volunteer photographers for capturing the excitement of the day.

Event Feedback:  What did you like?  What can we improve?  Keep an eye on your email for a link to a post-event survey.  You can also reach out Nicole or Jerilyn with any feedback.

Committee Recruitment:  Want to help plan the 2019 Tour? Our Committee is always looking for new members to help with recruitment, publicity, logistics, fundraising and so much more.  Contact Nicole or Jerilyn if you or anyone you know is interested.

We hope you enjoyed the Tour as much as we enjoyed putting it on for you.  Thank you for bringing us closer to a life free of diabetes and all its burdens.

Many Roads. One Purpose.

The Tour de Cure is an event where no matter what road you take, you will be joining thousands of people from around the country who have the same passion as you to fight diabetes and its burdens.
