The Tour de Cure is an event where no matter what road you take, you will be joining thousands of people from around the country who have the same passion as you to fight diabetes and its burdens.
The Tour de Cure Rochester, presented by Excellus BCBS has its own character and style. You’ll start and end on the Xerox Complex in Webster and travel through gorgeous scenery along Lake Ontario. At the finish line, all participants will be treated to lunch and a fantastic celebration party highlighting our local flavor.

Ride like you own the road.
Cycling will make you feel the power of the pedal as you join the fight to end diabetes. The Tour de Cure's cycling routes are for people of all cycling abilities. The routes are well-marked, there are safety vehicles, chipped bibs, a safety call center, fully-stocked rest stops, and more.
Run like the wind.
Run to schieve your physical goal and to end diabetes. If you choose to run you will receive a timing chip and will run on a beautiful 3.5 mile route through North Ponds Park. What a great way to celebrate health, fitness, and fun!
Walk as a united front.
Walking together with family, friends, and coworkers shows your community you care. Walking is a great way to get out and get healthy while celebrating those living with diabetes. You will be among hundreds of walkers who share your passion as you walk along a beautiful route.
