Are you ready for the Manning & Napier Tour de Cure?  Whether you are riding, running, or walking, we want you to be prepared for June 9, so take advantage of the various training opportunities this year.

Rochester Regional Health is challenging our Tour de Cure and Rochester Marathon participants to log 1.1 million training hours in 2018.

Whether you’re walking, riding, or running – keep track of your rides or strides to help us reach our goal!

Outdoor Training Rides

Outdoor training rides are organized and led by volunteers and open to all Tour de Cure participants and potential participants. Rides start April 25 and go through June 7.

Take a look at the training schedule as well as the maps and cue sheets.

Stay up to date with rides, who's attending, and any important changes by joining the Training Rides Facebook Group and MeetUp Group.

Indoor spin classes for the 2018 Tour have ended, and we look forward to seeing everyone out on the roads during the outdoor training rides.

  • Find the event you’d like to participate in locally, and
  • At the beginning of registering choose the VIRTUAL PARTICIPANT registration option.

You can create a team either through the "Register" button above where you'll first find the nearby event or by visiting the list of events associated with national company below.

Do not forget to associate your newly created team with this company.
