Join the Rochester Regional Health Training Challenge
Rochester Regional Health is challenging our Tour de Cure and Rochester Marathon participants to log 1.1 million training hours in 2018.

Spin Classes at Midtown Athletic Club
Registered participants are encouraged to participate in Midtown Athletic Club's indoor training, which starts Saturday, January 13 and runs each Saturday and Sunday from 1:00-2:00 p.m. through and including Sunday, April 22, excluding Saturday, February 3 and Sunday, April 3
Sign ups will open each Thursday by 10:00 a.m. and spots are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis each week for that weekend's classes.
Tryon Bike Red Rider Indoor Training
Our friends at Tryon Bike are offering a Red Rider Winter Training program for registered Manning & Napier Tour de Cure Red Riders (all participants living with diabetes).
Get in shape, meet your fellow riders and get ready for the 2018 Tour de Cure during their weekly training events. Since training is indoors, this program is good for all levels - no one gets left behind or lost!
Outdoor Training Rides
Outdoor training rides are open to all Tour de Cure participants—and potential participants. Rides start in April and go through the summer.
