SUPPORT ME AND TEAM RED IN THE TOUR DE CURE!
I will be cycling in the American Diabetes Association's Tour de Cure fundraising event on March 26, 2017. Please support me with a donation by selecting the "Donate to me" button. Our efforts will help set the pace in the fight against diabetes - so let's get in gear and ride!
DON'T JUST STOP DIABETES - STOMP DIABETES!
Each mile I ride brings us closer to stopping diabetes, an insidious disease that has impacted the lives of many of my loved ones. My mother fought Type 1 Diabetes for 35 years, until it finally won when she was just 56 years old. My nephew Mike died during a diabetic seizure on November 2, leaving his two children and our whole family heartbroken. My niece Laura Lee struggles to meet the challenges of living with type 1 diabetes every day. Many other family members and dear friends also have diabetes. Just a few of months ago, my friend Earle died from type 1 diabetes. The funds I raise will be used in the fight to prevent and cure diabetes and to improve the lives of all people affected by diabetes. I don't want to just STOP DIABETES, I want to STOMP DIABETES!
No matter how small or large, your generous gift will help improve the lives of more than 29 MILLION Americans who suffer from diabetes, in the hope that future generations can live in a world without this disease. Together, we can all make a difference!
Thank you for making a generous contribution to this cause that is so important to me!
