Dear Friends and Family;
Andrea and I can ride again in 2014; this time with Team Oracle - New England:
Three Graduations in 2013 kept us off the course, because two of them were on the same day as the '13 Tour!.
Jared Brandeis '13, Jessica UMass '13 and Mariah Olin '13
So it's a new year for us, and we are looking forward to riding again!
Ride With Team Oracle - New England this year!
I am asking for your help with fund-raising for the American Diabetes Association's Tour de Cure. Team Oracle and I appreciate any donation you can make.
Your help in any amount, even $10, will help us reach our fund raising goal.
or BEST of ALL!
Tune up your bike, and come ride with us.
Select "Join the Team" and follow the instructions to join Team Oracle - New England.
Choose your route there's one for you, from "I can barely ride" to "I am really Greg Lemond."
If you don't know him, look him up on YouTube!
The routes are shown on the TdC site, and are well marked on the day of the event. Trust me, you just need to follow the riders in front of you.
TdC has planned for everything:
Bike Repairs; Help Wagons; Cheering support at the finish line, food after the ride, music, and maybe even a hard earned Beer.
Chose any distance, and you can have company on a memorable spring ride on the North Shore.
We are encouraged to raise Donations of $200 per rider, and have made a great start toward this goal already.
Riders with Diabetes can chose to be "red riders" and are given a red rider cycling jersey.
Thank you in advance for your consideration and support.
Ride for yourself, Ride for a friend or family member; just Ride for health.
