Welcome to my Personal Page
SO MANY LIVES ARE TOUCHED BY DIABETES. CHANCES ARE YOUR LIFE IS TOO.
I’m committed to ride this year to raise money in this event not only because 29 million people in the United States have diabetes, but because I personally know some of them, and want to do something about it. You can too, just by donating. It would mean the world to me. I ride again for my sister-in-law, my great-nephew, and my great-niece who have Type I Diabetes, for my dad who had Type 2 diabetes and for many friends who have diabetes. Through the efforts of so many people riding and walking to raise money I hope for a cure soon. This year's event will be a virtual one since we cannot gather socially during the Covid-19 pandemic. Sue and I will be riding not only on the day of the event but on other occasions with our Tour de Cure jerseys to raise awareness.
To help support my efforts, to make an impact, and to shape the future of diabetes, please click on the Donate button.
I am a little late sending this out this year. The walk is October 18th. I am forever grateful for your support. Together we can Stop Diabetes! Thanks! Jeanne
