Event Highlights
Tour de Cure is more than just a cycling event. It's a life-changing event. A day full of fun and excitement where riders of all levels join forces in the fight to Stop Diabetes® and raise critical funds for diabetes research, education and advocacy in support of the American Diabetes Association.
Travel through the peaceful peanut countryside
of Suffolk, Virginia, past horse farms and scenic lakes for the 2013 event. The Tour is a ride, not a race. Whether you are an occasional rider or an experienced cyclist, the
Hampton Roads Tour has a little something for everyone. Challenge yourself on
the Century Ride or dust off your cruiser for the 10-Mile Ride. No matter the
distance, you will be fully supported on your route with well-stocked rest
stops, motorcycle and mechanical support, and the BEST volunteers.
So take the Ride of Your Life and sign up today!

New for 2013 - Finisher Medals: Whether you ride 100
miles or 10 miles, participating in and fundraising for the Hampton Roads, VA
Tour de Cure is a great accomplishment. At the end of this year's ride, we will
be giving all riders a commemorative finisher medal (it doubles as a key
chain). All you have to do is register, fundraise, and come out and ride in the Hampton Roads, VA Tour de Cure on
