Get ready to take the ride of your life at the Tour de Cure! All of Saratoga's routes feature beautiful views as you travel through small towns of the southern Adirondacks. No matter which route you choose the Tour promises to be filled with excitement and fun. You have 5 routes from which to choose at the Tour. The 10 mile is a beautiful flat ride through Saratoga Spa State Park. The 25 mile is mostly flat to lightly rolling hills for the first half of the ride and a moderate hill at the halfway point. The 50 mile has moderate hills to climb at the 14 & 27 mile mark and a mostly downhill grade for the final 15 miles. The 62.5 and the 100 mile rides are for the experienced cyclist who enjoys a challenge. Don't have a bike but want to be a part of the event? Then join our spinathon! You will have the opportunity to enjoy up to 3 hours on a stationary bike all while being led by a master instructor in a party atmosphere. This is a very popular choice with about 75 people joining in the fun!

The Saratoga Springs Tour de Cure features routes of different lengths for riders of all skill levels. There's something for everyone from a leisurely 10 mile route all the way up  to the challenge of the 100 mile Century ride. Either way, Tour de Cure is a ride, not a race, so take it at your own speed and enjoy the journey.

All of our Tour de Cure routes are safe and fully supported with route marshals, SAG vehicles, mechanical support, and rest stops stocked with hydration and a variety of snacks to keep you fueled. At the finish, you will be welcomed with cheering volunteers, great food and more!

Tour de Cure is more than just a cycling event. It's a life-changing event. A day full of fun and excitement where riders of all levels join forces in the fight to Stop Diabetes® and raise critical funds for diabetes research, education and advocacy in support of the American Diabetes Association. The Tour is a ride, not a race. Whether you are an occasional rider or an experienced cyclist, there is a route just for you.

So take the Ride of Your Life and sign up today!

The Tour de Cure prides itself on being a safe and fun ride. All our routes are marked by color directional signs depending on your route. The 100 mile for instance will follow the yellow signs. Rest stops are waiting for you every 10 - 12 miles and there is full support from bike shop mechanics in case you need some help with a flat tire.

The route maps will be posted soon, so make sure you check back. This year you will be able to downlaod the GPS coordinates if you want them for your own GPS device.
