Fundraising

Where can I mail additional donations that I have received?

You can mail additional donations to the local ADA office at:

7021 St. Andrews Rd.
Suite 100A
Columbia, SC 29212

Be sure to include a deposit slip or a note stating who the donations are for so we know who to credit.

Offline Donations (Cash, Checks, Matching Gifts)

I sent in offline donations (checks, cash, matching gift forms) to the office but they haven’t posted to my name online yet. Why?

All offline donations (checks, cash and matching gifts) that are mailed or turned in to the local ADA office will not appear automatically on your web page.  To see them reflected in your online total, you will need to enter them manually.  You can add offline donations to your page by:

1.       Logging in to your Tour Participant Center at www.sctourdecure.com

2.       Click on the “Progress” tab at the top of the page.

3.       To the right, you will see a link to “Enter Check/Cash Donations” under the Progress Tools.

4.       Enter the donor information. If the donor is already in your address book, make sure to enter their email address so a new entry is not created.  Please note – how you enter the donor’s name is exactly how it will display on your fundraising page.

5.       Click “Add”

6.       The donation will now be added to your status thermometer and your fundraising scroller.

Thank You Gifts

I tried to order my thank you gift and it says I need a certificate number and authorization code. What do I do?

Thank you gifts are sent out after the ride. Everyone has until June 4th to raise funds that apply towards Thank You Gifts. ADA staff will email you your certificate number and authorization code in late June/early July, along with instructions on how to order your gift.

 Event Photos

Where can I find the event photos?

We had a total of three photographers for our event and as of right now you can view one photographer’s photos by going to www.midlandsactionphotography.com .  You and your loved ones will have the opportunity to go online and look at/order photos from the event. Stay tuned, we will be sending out the additional photographer links soon!

If you or your family have a great photo you would like to share, please send it to cbickley@diabetes.org or upload it to our Facebook page at www.facebook.com/tdcsouthcarolina.
