Event Highlights

Fargo Tour de Cure 2012

On behalf of the American Diabetes Association, the North Dakota Area Community Leadership Board, the Tour de Cure Volunteer Planning Committee and our entire staff, thank you to all 2013 North Dakota Tour de Cure participants and volunteers.

Through generous efforts, we were able to raise nearly $85,000 in support of the American Diabetes Association’s research, education and advocacy initiatives.

With nearly 220 event participants, the sixth year of our ride was a wonderful success. Twenty-three of our participants were Red Riders riding with diabetes and were treated to a dedicated tent loaded with free SWAG provided by our generous sponsors. Currently, 13 Tour de Cure Riders have already reached Champion status and we encourage more riders to reach the $1,000 fundraising goal.

We hope you enjoyed the bike ride, music from Jim Rivers Productions, lunch provided by Olive Garden, the Planet D Family Fun Zone with Games Galore, and so much more. We are already anxious to begin planning next year’s event!

Mark your calendars for the 2014 Tour de Cure being held Father's Day weekend at Family Wellness Center!
