Anyone Can Ride!
Whether you are an avid cyclist or are just looking for a leisure ride for fun, the Tour de Cure has a route perfect for you! We welcome riders of all ages and skill levels.
Whether you ride 1 mile or 100 miles, you will travel a route supported from start to finish with rest stops, food to fuel the journey and fans to cheer you on!
Choose from fully supported 1, 25, 60, 80 or 100 mile routes.

Do you or someone you know have diabetes?
Thousands of people with diabetes participate in Tour as "Red Riders". Red Riders are the reason we ride—they are given a jersey to proudly wear on the day of the event. Beyond the recognition, Red Riders are part of a community that inspires us to ride and raise money to Stop Diabetes. Be sure to choose "Red Rider" when you register!

Champions To Stop Diabetes
When you ride in Tour de Cure, you take part in something unique. You
join the ranks of some of the most passionate people in the country
people who care about cycling, health and, above all, finding a cure for
diabetes.
If you raise $1,000 or more for a local Tour de Cure you will automatically become a Champion to Stop Diabetes and will receive special recognition on the weekend of the event, along with special perks all year long!
If you raise $2,600, in honor of the 26 million Americans living with diabetes, you will become a Champion on a Mission and will receive the coveted gold Champions jersey.

Team Red
Team Red is for Red Riders (participants with type 1 or type 2 diabetes), their family, friends and anyone else who is looking to join with millions of others who want to Stop Diabetes! Any rider who isn't already on another team can join Team Red.
Being on Team Red means that you will instantly be a part of a community made up of people from all different areas and walks of life. Team Red is a great way to connect with other families supporting a Red Rider and other families that are honoring a loved one with diabetes.
If I don't have diabetes, can I join Team Red?
YES! You can join Team Red, which is made up of Red Riders AND those who support Red Riders. This is a team for anyone who doesn't already have a team.

Tour de Cure Jerseys & Thank You Gifts
Tour de Cure participants can earn a variety of exciting thank you gifts including exclusive apparel, popular electronics, and more! They represent our thanks for reaching higher fundraising levels to fund the mission of the American Diabetes Association and the 26 million Americans with diabetes we serve. Raise $500 and choose the 2013 Tour de Cure Jersey! Raise $500 online by Valentine's Day (February 14, 2013) and qualify to pre-order the Tour de Cure jersey! This means you can choose to have your Tour de Cure jersey early in time to wear on the day of the event!

Raise $2,600 and choose the Champions Jersey! If you raise $2,600, in honor of the 26 million Americans living with diabetes, you can choose the coveted gold Champions jersey.

Salt Lake City Training Rides:
May 18 Canceled Due to Weather
Weekend Marina Rides: An easy 22 mile
ride from near the SLC airport out to the scenic Salt Lake Marina, on a
road with practically zero cars. Really a great chance for new riders to
gets some great tips, and for seasoned riders to shake some of the rust
off.
