Welcome to Step Out: Kansas City, MO Walk!

We are dedicated to STOP Diabetes and help individual who are fighting this devastating disease every day. Your fundraising dollars raised in Kansas City, STAYS in Kansas City. Our local American Diabetes Association office is successful because of YOU!

Walking is important for all of us and one of the most relaxing forms of exercise, especially for our loved ones who have diabetes. When a person with diabetes walks it can help control blood glucose levels and for someone preventing diabetes it can help delay the affects of this disease. Our walk is inspirational and provides the awareness our community needs to understand the impact it has on each of us individually. What better way to get moving than to join us for a morning of fun, food and fellowship!
