Step Out to make a difference in the lives of 26 million Americans living with diabetes!
Join us on Saturday, October 5, at Rosa Parks Circle for a two-mile route through scenic Downtown Grand Rapids. Revel in the picturesque river view and Art Prize pieces while spending the morning with family, friends and co-workers. Enjoy a morning full of entertainment, health information, a kid zone and and special recognition of our Red Striders, Champions to Stop Diabetes, and top participants and teams.
Registration: 8 a.m.
Walk Festivities: 9 a.m.
The walk begins and ends in Downtown Grand Rapids at Rosa Parks Circle, 135 Monroe Center St NW, Grand Rapids, MI 49503.

This year’s theme for the Grand Rapids Step Out is 3-2-1 Action!, which means we’re stepping out Hollywood style! Like us on Facebook and watch your email for fun, Hollywood-themed contests and incentives.
After registering, you will receive a personal web page and access to online tools to help you fundraise. Tips for successful online fundraising include: sharing your reason for walking on your web page, making a personal donation, and using email and Facebook to ask friends and family to donate or join your walk.
