Welcome to Step Out: Franklin Lakes, NJ Walk!

Walking is one of the easiest, most relaxing forms of exercise for many people, but especially those living with diabetes. Walking helps control blood glucose levels in people with diabetes, and improves overall quality of life. It is also an activity that can help prevent or delay the onset of type 2 diabetes.

The Step Out: Walk to Stop Diabetes events are family oriented events powered by local patients living with diabetes, and the friends and family members that support them. These events provide a vehicle for the local diabetes community to support one another in their fight to Stop Diabetes.

Join us for the walk, great food, entertainment, health fair, kids’ zone, and more!
