The 2017 Volunteer Guide is available here with details about available positions, timing and requirements.
To have a successful event at which our participants and guests feel well-supported, we will need at least 600 smiling, service-oriented volunteers throughout the day. We also have a need for several dozen volunteers on Friday, September 8th to help in the staging and preparation.
All volunteers will receive a 2017 Volunteer T-Shirt (sign up by July 15th to guarantee shirt) and complimentary lunch.

EVENT DAY INFORMATION
Q - Where do I check-in if I am a volunteer?
A - The volunteer check-in is located in a separate tent directly next to the participant check-in at the event entrance. Please check-in there for your volunteer shirt and other details on your shift. PLEASE NOTE: if you are a volunteer for a rest stop, go straight to that location NOT Salisbury Park. Everything that you need will be there waiting for you. You are encouraged to join us for the festival at Salisbury Park once your rest stop closes.
Q - Do volunteers get lunch?
A - Yes! Your volunteer shirt is your "lunch ticket." If you are volunteering at a rest stop, we ask that you bring your own snack as the food we provide for the stop is intended for the participants. You are welcome to come to the festival for lunch once your rest stop closes.
