ADA and The Lancet announce a call for diabetes papers
On June 26, 2010, in collaboration with the American Diabetes Association (ADA), The Lancet will be publishing a special theme issue dedicated to diabetes care and research. Authors of accepted papers will be invited to present their research at a special The Lancet/ADA symposium during the 70th Annual Scientific Sessions of the ADA. Authors are invited to submit original research papers relating to any aspect of diabetes via The Lancet's online submission system; the covering letter should state that the submission is in response to this call for papers. All articles must be submitted by Feb 1, 2010.

The American Diabetes Association-Patient Management Program (ADA-PMP) is designed as an online simulation of an actual initial patient visit followed by three follow-up visits.
